So Dolphin is up and running and I am having issues with the video uploads, as usual, and now the problem is an 8MB upload limit. The php.ini shows 100MB, Ray Admin shows 100MB, everywhere shows 100MB limit yet it still gives me an error saying cannon upload over 8mb file?

Double check your upload_max_filesize and post_max_size again. |
