7.21 add photo 500 error

When I attempt to add a photo, I click the add link and get's:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '\' (T_NS_SEPARATOR) in /home/ihubbi/public_html/cache/bx_templ_en_evo_806b371d26b26901274971e97c4dd49f.php on line 129

The lines which is refers to is:

       .b-file__name {

            display:block;

            white-space:nowrap;

            overflow:hidden;

            text-overflow:ellipsis;

When I remove Enable cache for HTML files from the cache settings, it works.
