7.2 Cover Image

How or even can you re-arrange the cover image to make it show right? Is there a way to move the image up or down or even side to side? I thought there was an editor for images?

this probably could be added to the profile customisation module without a lot of effort.

I tried and failed with the page image so uploaded a larger image which filled the page. The only problem i have now is the "join or Login" link (top right) now only shows "Join" Why this shpuld have happened is beyond my skills, The language settings are correct and there is plenty of room, it's just gone :(
