7.1 and CSS

Most current dolphin modules will work with dolphin 7.1. Some will require updating. Most module developers including myself have already started doing that.

Templates are a different story. No current templates that i am aware of will work on 7.1. So all of those will require updating.

I am very happy to see they removed so many css files.

1 css file with 10,000 lines will load faster than 100 files with 100 lines each.

Besides that... its just confusing to have so many files. Tracking a declared class to its declaring file is ridiculous in most cases.
