7.1 REQUEST LIST :-)

1 - STORE MODULE - needs simple admin function to change price on a product! This is a problem at the moment for file based products. The only way to change the price is to cancel the file, and re-upload with new price... not so good if your file product is a large video.

2 - SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP - why isn't this a standard feature??? Default membership payments are 1 off payments. Need to have a simple subscription - recurring feature for paypal as standard.

3 - 1 click photo uploading from profile! Fine to have the option for multiple albums, but need a simple 1 click solution for users to upload straight to profile. Not have to go to albums page first, the select album, then add photo using small text link!

#3 is absolute MUST! I was very disappointed not seeing it in 7.1 already (even I've patched to 7.0.9 in a dirty way)

What album would/do they go to?

With on click they would go to a default album and still have to be moved, unless you don't allow members to have separate albums.

 I would suggest straight into profile photos. 

I just think for dating type sites, 1 click is much much better...

2 click to create a 2nd album, which would be as normal anyway!

Even if it's not possible, that's possibly not a big issue as probably soon we will all be using the american dollar sign anyways...

More intuitive "report" profile function. This needs to have a lists of reasons the user is reporting the profile. Like.. harassing, underage, wrong gender etc.... The way it is now, it like a wild goose chase wondering why the user was reported

both the photo and video admin sections need to have a way to identify "featured" images/videos

Options to have admins operate in "stealth" mode. Nothing shakes the user's more then an admin polkin around their profiles. Admin activities should not be logged to spy  at least have the option to set them as invisible. As well they should have an option to hide from the online activity status

User's that have been "banned" should not only have their profile restricted, but all associated content, videos, photos, blogs etc...

There's more, I just have to think of them again :P

fix the modules so that they are using the same design elements as the rest of the site, and add the control functionality of changing anything from the admin panel

fix news and articles so that members can utilize those features

allow admin to determine if the site is free or paid, and be able to rm any membership levels, and create and assign functions to any membership level

the biggest thing i would like to see boonex do, is start setting dolphin up so that it can be scaled, either conventionally or into AWS. 

i have asked about what is being done about scaling dolphin several times, only to be ignored. 

one prime example is jamroom.net when they wrote that script, they wrote it to cluster servers, so that script is scalable

when considering the scalability of dolphin, you can even upsell that as an addon module, and then allow the admnin to pick what to scale into any other given path locally or on the network, or externally. this is something that really needs to be done if dolphin intends to grow. 

FIX THE TIMESTAMP and DATESTAMP so that it is managed from the admin panel only

I'd like to request that the dating site features be easier to turn off to make dolphin more easily usable for other purposes. Just a simple turn-off switch for things like: the send greetings feature, only being able to see friends on newsfeed/timeline, gender separated delineations etc..

And I would like to have a way to track what emails my website is sending out to its members. Pretty please.

The messaging system need to be more refined. Like one thread for the whole conversation so when someone replies, you know what the heck their talking about. having no previous messages shows makes it really cumbersome...

Ohhhh and the option to have conversations in comments expanded rather than nested by default. Or at least a tally of hidden messages that indicates how many total nested comments are there so people know that there is a conversation going on for them to hunt for!!!

For "social" software, it's odd how many ways there are to keep people from being social!!

We're actually working on some of the things you mentioned. It may be a good idea to dive into details when we start releasing beta builds, since there're still a few things that we're working on, but you don't know of... like simpler photo-upload.

Another feature requests but may have been asked before somewhere... I thought...

This one is really needed and also allow them to reply, should they have a membership type that does not typically allow them to send messages.

Another good feature to have I think.

The ability for the admin to logs notes on user accounts. So admins can keep track of warning they've given the users, abuse reports, or anything other information an admin might want to know when dealing with a user. These notes of course would only be visible to admins.

Another request, kinda expands on the previous one "the possibility in the admin to send a message to one or more members". I'll just mention again the messaging system NEEDS serious improvement.

I'm really trying to get away from sending REAL mail any time I want to send a notice to the members (yes some times I'll want to, to lure them back). Please make an option available to only deliver to local mailboxes and have it viewable regardless of any membership actions which restrict viewing "letters"/messages. Or better yet, since it's just the same message going to a bulk of inboxes, save the space inserting that message into each box and just make the user's inbox reference the one instance...

Categories should be possible to order any way you like.

Instead of the default way that the last made goes to top of the list with no function to re-order them in place.

Note: The great mod category slider does not solve the problem.

- Support page - Any business, small or big, they all need to offer a eficient support to their costumers.  I do miss this module in BoonEx Dolphin.  The one that members can open a support ticket.

-> Template style and CSS change page -  A WYSIWYG page where we can change the site style and css. 

-> Action Block as a menu - ability to organize action buttons in a compreensive horizontal or vertival menu.  That includes those buttons like Add New Album and Add New Photo, for example, that appears on the top page.

-> Auto Re-Name Modules tool - A way to simply change a module name.  So we can change Store to Market, Shop, Download, Tickets, Library.etc...  We can change name of Group to Pages, Fan Clubs, Clubs, Team etc.. We can change name of any modules to fit to our needs.

-> Translation (lang-keys) for membership description and for Category/Sub-category

-> Admin View Block/Menu -  to add a option to set Administrator to view some block or menu item.  Today we have members or visitors only.

-> Time-zone per member account.  For a site that has international access, one event can end 12 hours before its real time due the server time.  But if there is a way to ask the time-zone of the event VS check out the member time-zone, this problem would be finished.

-> A simple progressive bar for sound player and ability to place album photo of music album
