7.1 Photos Ajax load not working pagination

I noticed this on my site and went to the Dolphin demo site to see if it was occurring there as well and it is.  When you go to photos home page, the ajax loading for the pagination is working.  However, it is not working on other parts of the photo section.  For example, click on the recent section and then click on the pagination links, say 2 or 3; the whole page will reload instead of just the photo thumbnail section.  This holds true for Top, Popular, and so forth.

I also see this problem with photo albums on my site but could not reproduce it on the demo site because the albums on the demo site don't have enough content to trigger the pagination.

Really?  Why?  If we have ajax dynamically loaded photo block on the browse page why was it not included on the other pages?  It makes no sense at all to have this function for the home browse page but not for the top page or recent page.  It certainly does not make sense for version 7.1.1; it is an incomplete feature of Dolphin which is why I thought it was broken.  It is like getting one new tyre and keeping three old tyres.  Yes, but my home browse page has treads.

So we get television bugs added to the core but only the home page get a dynamically loaded content box.  Go figure.

The same GET parameters are used fro all paginates, it creates problem where there are several blocks with pagination on the same page.

So we use AJAX pagination on pages with several blocks where it maybe conflicts, and use regular pagination on pages with no blocks, so the contant is indexed and browser back button works.
