7.0.6 promo block

Does anyone have any idea why the Boonex developers made it impossible for uers to modify the promo block?

Hello you change/delete any of promo images here : http://your_site.com/administration/basic_settings.php

PS. Don't forget change your_site.com with your original site name :)

How can I change the alt from "logo" on my logo image?

And how can i change the "why Join?" snippet?

1. Promo images is not a links, you can't add there any of url's

2. Open the inc\design.inc.php

find this code line: $sImagesEls .= '<img src="'.$site['imagesPromo'].$sImg.'" />';

and replace with : $sImagesEls .= '<img src="'.$site['imagesPromo'].$sImg.'" alt="my_alt_here" />';

3. Go to admin -> settings -> language settings. Than enter there part of you needed phrase into search field
