7.0.3 youtube Embed issue

I fresh installed 7.0.3 and I'm having an issue with embedding youtube.

Example, i tried this Boonex video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AANZvYn5uk
and I get this error message- "VIDEO UPLOAD FAILED (VIDEO ERROR)"

oh lord.. we've seen this bug many times before. :/

Can't reproduce, it has been just uploaded without any problems:

okay let me fresh install again.  that's weird

okay i just fresh installed again.. my apology.. it's working now.

I'm having this problem now. It just started erroring out for some reason, see my site at TreasureFinderMD.com. I was able to add videos before, not I cant?

I received this from my support to my hostgator:

This is looking for the ffmpeg module, which is trying to do something it does not have permissions to do. ffmpeg is not installed or avilable on our servers. You will need to use at least a Level 3 VPS with cPanel to have this installed. This plan is $49.95 a month.

Why would I have to pay for this?

The more I do a search on this guy the more I feel I will never purchase anything from him. FYI, I have a great programmer who will fix the eBay mod just let me know. He fixed my Barter-Trader.com site and is working on my TreasureFinderMD.com site.
