7.0.3-7.0.4 Update can not be applied

I am having the same issue. I attempted to apply the update but for some reason it did not get applied correctly. When I try to re-update I get the error mentioned here. I have restored the sql database and the files on the webserver to their original state before the update but receive the same error. How can I get this to update to 7.0.4?

If the database was actually fully restored then that would not be happening. The version numbers of the last update applied are stored in the database, so if it was restored, those would have been rolled back as well.

So i would verify you actually restored your database.

Go to sys_options and search for "sys_tmp_version", change it back to 7.0.3 and try to run the upgrade again...
