7.0.3-7.0.4 Update can not be applied

Hello,

i have 7.0.3 installed and wanted to update to the new version.

i have copy all the files, but i always get this error.

Even i can not install any flash application (Chmod is 777) and the chat ist not working (not registered)

Can oyu please help me with that?

i have changed the value in the db to "7.0.3" and now its working (the update)

but on the next step i get a new error:

It's seems like you try apply upgrade script twice. right?

now i am on a new installation, can i export and import my users?

the site is new and only users are registered...

the sql db is stil alive ....

where i can finde the profiles?/users? to export them ...
