6.16 upgrading to 7

Can anyone give me detailed instructions on upgrading to 7?  If I have a highly customized site is this going to be an issue?

Also, I have the permanent Liscense and was told I can take off any of the Boonex Dolphin branding, anyone familiar enough to help out?

On the first question: if your site is really heavy customized, then this will be a issue!
On the second : If you have the permanent license then there is no boonex ads on your site. :)

But I have some problems with the cron job to do the migration

When I start to migrate profile, nothing happens and this till many days. I have configure the cron job in my web hosting admin manager but nothing is convert  (for profile first)
