6.1.6 Navigation Menu Builder - how to save?

Hi and Happy Holidays!

I am trying to re-organize the order in which my Navigation Menu is laid out (for example, changing the order of the Mail to 'Inbox', 'Sent' and 'Compose').  Everytime I reorder it and move to another section of admin and then go back, everything is back out of order, the same order it was in before I reordered it.  Any idea how to save the settings or changes in the Navigation Menu so they show up on the site in the new order?

Make sure that cache file (\inc\db_cached\MenuContent.inc ) have necessary permissions to be able to rewriting
