404 error

All of these pages bring up this same 404 file not found error:

I can see all the files are there on my server. I referenced it with the copy I still have on my desktop.

What is the problem now?

How do I troubleshoot?

i still needhelp with this

Open the file ".htaccess" in the root.

Remove the contents and copy the contents from .htaccess in new dolphin pack to there.
