300 members and 190 showing

We have over 300 members in our data base, on the admin menu we only show 198 or so.. Also the front page shows the same as admin.. I did a look around but could not find any other questions about it.. Any help would be great..

Ohh ya all the Reg members are Green so its not like we never looked at the profiles or make members.

members probably don't have thier birth date entered in.. it's at 00/00/0000

when they sign up if they put it in the wrong format the system still allows them to sign up however once they are a member the date shows up as 00/00/0000

sad but true.. so the ones that arn't showing up all have a birthdate of 00/00/0000

I just went in and did a few with no date and it still did not update..

That is what worked for me.. sorry it didn't help you.

Perhaps if you find the members that started with no date - give them a date - and they will show up (after a hard screen fresh)

Do you mean you took out the date?  Dolphin requires profiles HAVE a birthdate in order to be visible.  Just wanted to clarify that.

Some members did not put in the birthday info when we 1st started the site around 100 or so.. We have well over 350 members but only 100 so do not show on stats front page or Admin stats... You can go into members on the admin side and click users and see all the members that way..

So what you are saying is that you have 300 members and approximately 200 show with approximately
100 that did not enter birthdate .....

300 - 200 = 100

Hmmmmmmmm  .....   wonder what the problem could be?
