3 tickets 2 days and still no response?

Been 2 days andso have 3 support tickets in with no response this type of support response make me Leary of purchasing ur software

If you read their TERMS of SERVICES correctly then you will notice that they dont have to respond at all , be it for a ticket, or you pc exploding because the software etcetera.

I sent a ticket yesterday morning, still awaiting response.

And.  Keep this in mind also. Most staff at boonex do not work on the weekends.

And. The software is free. The software works 100% with or without a license. Your not purchasing the software.

Yes, and BoonEx is on the other side of the world, so timezones need to be considered, too.  Have a massive error or something else that needs to be looked into?  Feel free to post a topic.
