2 questions about membership

2 questions about membership : cancellation and upgrade

 

Membership upgrade does not seem  to work. I found many threads about this on the forum but no solution. How do you guys deal with this issue?

 

Also when a user goes to membership page and cancel his subscription, I receive an email :

 

Dear Admin, please unsubscribe me from recurring payments.

Below my subscription information:

      Subscription date: 04-03-09 06:27

      Payment provider: PayPal

      Subscription period: 1

      Payment description: Membership purchase - VIP

 

 

Nowhere can I see the email or the username of the user who cancels! If I click REPLY, the email put there is mine. Incredible! How are we supposed to deal we this? Anyone found a solution for this?
