I just installed a template and as usual "clean the the cache_public and cache folders" I notice that the public_cache has no .htaccess for me to avoid (delete all files inside except ".htaccess")
Does public_cache usually have a .htaccess file, and if so, am I going to face issues beings the file isn't there?
