block site statistics

Hello I have a problem at the block site statistics (see attachment) The number of members enrolled in the year does not reset to 1 January So the number of subscribers to the year equals the total number of registered What to do for that part of the counter is recovering well in annual change from year zero? All other operating properly (month / day) thank you

The counter doesn't reset every month or year. Instead it always count all members for past 30 (in case of month) or 365 (in case of year) days.

I do not really understand your message ....
all counters work except that of the year
example: 31 December 2011 I had enrolled 1,254 members per year and 1 January 2012 instead of displaying zero and start over it to keep members in 1254

I know if it is clearer or not :)

It does not reset on Jan 1

The count is based of 365 days, not Jan-Dec.

So if you had 1000 members signup in Dec 2011, the same 1000 members will still be counted after Jan 2012 because they have only been on your site for 1 month.

So members are counted as follows.

For Year. - All members that registered within the last 365 days.
For Month - All members that registered within the last 30 days.
For Day - All members that registered within the last 24 hours.

See these other 2 posts on the topic. It's been covered before.
