I have the cron to check and adjust!
I have been giving the setting for the RMS Ray Media Server correctly!

1.Music data
2.video data

and no data is always this message (You have 1 pending processing video (s) in this album.) The page is empty and white, available on the website.

something is not in order, it does not work and running! what is and what is loss-based. they look after themselves and test them to see.

RMS will have nothing to do with uploading/processing music and/or videos.

Can you paste your cron command here for me to see?

also check to see if /flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe  is 755 or 777 depending on the server set up.

also some hosts may block exe from running on the server...

i have linux shared server host and not windows server hosting !!!!

linux can not run exe file, only windows !!!!

ffmpeg.exe is right 755 setup

The EXE extension is a cosmetic item - the binary is compiled to run on Linux.  You'd need to download a separate FFmpeg binary from BoonEx to use Dolphin on a Windows server.

There should be messages from your cron.  Do you have any emails about video processing?

try setting ffmpeg to 777 and see if it processes the video.

the music and video upload it is displayed correctly on the website, but it is very long between 10-20 minutes. I think is not so normal, it's the dolphin in the software technology is simply slow. there could be much improved in the technic of dolphin software. otherwise everything is going so far correctly and well.

Please stop making a dozen topics for the same issue.

Make sure the cron is set to run every minute.  If the file is large (e.g., 50-100 MB), it can take a while to process.  If you're on shared, the host may have resource limits enabled, which can make video processing take a little longer to complete.

well i have the same problem all videos uploaded are not processing, i checked my cron an its every min an the vid is only 6megs , so whys this goin on , 

Do you have any emails to the cron job email address?  Do you get nightly periodic emails?

sory for the delay, lost power today,, and no theres Periodic reports in the emails
