"Update to 7.0.9 now!" in 7.1

Is there any way to remove the "Update to 7.0.9 now!" notice in the 7.1 admin panel?

 in administration/templates/_sub_header.html line 7

remove or comment out this

But just asking, does it really matters that much?

I believe AlexT has already mentioned in another thread that this will go away when the final is released.

This is cosmetic. It does not affect the operation of dolphin, so should not be a concern.

Just nice to have things tidy innit ;) I didn't say it mattered hugely,  I was just curious as to why it was there when I have 7.1 - understand now.
