Mass mailer

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I create the hmtl e-mail body and do the queue message all the e-mail address come up and ok how do I send it .. I have click on Queue Message  and no one is recieving the e-mail..

What am I missing here? I have looked all over the forums to get some sort of an answer..

Have you set cron job on file notifies.php

use phpMyAdmin and edit one profile in your DB, set EmailNotify to 1 on this user

Do a test with mass mailer, did it send one email to this user now!!!
