log in to your admin panel and goto plugins - Orca - there you see  [compile language[EN] click there  to complie your orca language... If you use groups then have to do there also  http://yoursite/groups/orca  with login as admin.

Oke check if your server has XML and XLST installed, without this orca is not loading at all.
On the forum you can find a list of minimal requirments to install Dolphin with Orca...

All it on a server is, but the forum does not work!
