SOLVED!
The annoying yet apparently harmless text of "Hipsterizing..." appearing on the backend or administration page has nothing what so ever to do with the Dolphin script nor with TMD Hosting.
In case someone runs across another similar problem this is what TMD Hosting did to trace down the problem in addition to rolling back the upgrade from Dolphin v 7.1.2 to Dolphin v 7.1.1 which did nothing to rid our site of the Hipsterizing... link appearing on our dashboard.
TMD HOSTING DID:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting TMDHosting Support Team.
I am able to recreate the issue that you are referring to. However, please note that it is most probably caused due to the upgrade of your script. However, as we are not the developers of the script that you are using, we cannot provide assistance for the removal of that message. What I can suggest is that you request more information from the Boonex developers as they should be able to troubleshoot that for you. Note that if they say there is something on our end that we can do to resolve that for you, you can always update us via this ticket with more details for that and we will gladly do so. Thank you in advance.
Please feel free to contact us regarding any further questions or comments.

THEN WE REPORTED WHAT SEEMED TO BE THE BUG HERE AND SENT SUGGESTIONS OF DEANO TO TMD HOSTING WHO REPLIED WITH:
Hello,
I have scanned the site files and database, but I was not able to find the string "Hipsterizing". The string might be encrypted in some way which is why the scan did not find it. I am still looking into this though.
Also currently you have 57 active modules and I would suggest you trying to uninstall any recently added modules and see if this resolves the issue.
The issue with one of our templates that you are referring to is not related in this case. None of these templates are active on your website. Also from what I see the issue is only present in the backend of the site.
Please let me know if we can be of any further assistance in the meantime.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE SOLUTION:
Hello,
As it seems your domain is pointed to CloudFlare. I have completed the following simple test:
1. I logged in to your clients area in order to access the domain via the CloudFlare IP. The text you have mentioned is indeed present on the admin. I have searched over the Internet for similar issue and it seems that the same has been reported here:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/blue-tint-to-images
It is for WordPress based website but the issue is most probably related to the same filter mentioned above. Also the information on how to resolve it is provided in the above forum post.
2. In order to ensure the issue is not caused from content hosted on your account with us we have added custom DNS entry here at the office to resolve your domain to our server without cloudflare in it. The admin login after this change has loaded the back-end without the text in question showing. This clearly shows that the issue is caused from a CloudFlare filter which unfortunately we do not control.
Unfortunately we do not have access to the cloudflare system and we are not aware how long these keep certain content cached. However after you disable the filter mentioned in the above forum on cloudflare the issue should be resolved within a few hours if not immediately.
Should you have any further questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.

HOPE THIS CAN HELP ANY OTHERS WHO MIGHT RUN ACROSS A SIMILAR PROBLEM USING CLOUDFLARE AS A CDN AND TO GIVE A CACHED VERSION OF YOUR SITE IF YOUR SERVER GOES OFF LINE.
Be well,
