I am not sure how you want the forum index box to appear.  I clicked on the image and that was no help.  You can style the forum index box to appear however you wish using CSS; you might want to create a new designbox for this and then you can create a new CSS class to style it.

Can you provide more details on how you want the forum index box to appear?

well you see the box on the right??.. the other sites forums that is how i want my to look, I want the members to see the category’s,   I kinda got a temp solution by redirecting my "forum" tab to this http://www.rangerschat.com/forum/?action=goto&index=1  i what the members to see the category’s and like the statistics for that subject then click on the topic they wish to read or post on
