 Does anybody else have an account with CyberXing for RMS? If so, does it actually work? I signed up a week ago and only received 1 site email and no replies to my support tickets. Sooooooooooo frustrating! I know the price is great, but I might as well be paying for a blank billboard. Is this typical service from them? I'm about to give up and move on to another company. Anyone else using them? |
I was about to sign up for their RMS service about a month ago but they never replied to my 2 emails so that was a turn off. There are other places that offer the same deal but not too sure if the support is any better. |
I'm giving them until tomorrow, then I move on. Inexcusable if you ask me. If you offer a service, be there to support it. |
