"Custom RSS Feeds" list never loads

I tried this on a few sites including Boonex's demo site.

RSS Feeds show up on the "Existing RSS" list but do not show up on the "Custom RSS Feeds" list.

The loading image comes up but the list never loads.

I can't reproduce this problem on demo.boonex.com.

That's strage ... I tried it on 2 laptops (both Vista) with IE 9, FF 5, Safari 5.1 and Opera 11.11.

I have even tried clearing the cache.

All browsers give me the same result.

I just can't get it to load.

What's the address of the RSS feed?

Demo site resets itself so RSS feed no longer exists.

All I did was go to my profile page and click the "Edit" button next to "Custom RSS Feed".

Then the "Existing RSS" list and "Custom RSS Feeds Manager" come up.

I added the URL, Quantity and Description and click on the "Submit" button.

It takes me to the profile page again but the "Custom RSS Feed" list doesn't load.

When I click on the "Edit" button again the new RSS Feed is in the "Existing RSS" list.

No matter how many RSS Feeds I add, none of them show up on the profile page.

It just keeps loading but never shows up.

I'll try a few more PCs/Laptops tomorrow and see what happens.

What's the address of the RSS feed?

It would help if you provided me with the URL of the RSS feed, since that seems to be the source of the problem.

Tested it again but the same thing happens ...

http://demo.boonex.com/demo (Account will no longer exist once site is reset)

Everything else loads but the "Custom RSS Feeds" list.

Also noticed that after deleting feed it will also not refresh the list ... same image showing that it is loading comes up but never goes away.

It would help if you provided me with the URL of the RSS feed, since that seems to be the source of the problem.

If you're not going to provide me with the URL of the feed, I can't really help you. I couldn't reproduce this problem on the demo site, or anywhere else.

i had that exact same RSS feed, and it almost cost me my business because it would not work on dolphin. i had to go straight to the systems administrator, and tell him that he needed to fix the xslt parse errors on his dhtml and .asp pages.

i finally got that same RSS feed list to work, and i know now that you are having the same problem i was having. its just that RSS feed list. i was going to file a lawsuit on them for preventing and hindering my right to make a living on streaming media.

Got it working ... I made a mistake in typing the url ... although when you delete the feed it still gives you the loading image that never goes away.

Isn't it possible to have it check if the RSS Feed exists or not and give you an error message if it doesn't find the feed?

Anyways, I'm sorry for having wasted your valuable time
