_BX_SOUNDS_ACCESS_DENIED

I have installed the module "Sounds". But if I want to add a Folder I get the error:

_BX_SOUNDS_ACCESS_DENIED

Any idea what should be the problem?

the file-folder has the permission 777 

Check the membership actions

And you should not be seeing the language key, you should be seeing the actual message.

What are the Membership settings. All members are "standard"

you re right. The admin role cannot work with the modules.
