[7.0.9] Privacy problem in blogs module

If you have removed all permissions possible for non-members on your site (PAC, Menu items, etc.) the page under the following link tells you "access denied". But on top you still can see the Avatar/Profile picture and the member name. How to fix that?

The following changes have been added to the blogs module, maybe they cause this?

I fixed this problem for my installation. Maybe this was caused by some modifications i did for wrong or missing submenus in BxBaseMenu.php.

But i am still not sure. It can also happen because i moved some menu items with page builder to the profile menu. When i debug genSubMenus() in /templates/base/scripts/BxBaseMenu.php it gives me "9" as the current top_menu, thats the profiles ones according to sys_top_menu. Now i just check for "9" and if it is a guest and supress the creation of the submenu.
