[7.0.9] How to edit profile tags?

I'm lost trying to find this one area on my boonex site where after a member signs up where can he/she edit the profile tags. I don't see an option anywhere for them and I don't see them anywhere other than the 'tags' listing on the site stats.

Your gonna have to bring it up from the inactive items in each of these:

 Brilliant. My client wanted it removed like a long time ago and now wanted it. My god by the end of this trip I'm going to know everything about this system.

Still scared of upgrading to 7.1
