Might be easy when you read the recommandations, but most of those hosts are in the U.S and noobs do not understand the requirements. It's a matter of trust when you decide to host abroad. I was lucky to bump into Gigapros who helped me a lot (even when I didn't ask for it). But before Gigapros I spent quite an amount of money on Belgian hosts who don't understand a thing about the script.[[BR]]
