Agents are drowned in "not found" requests

Every day more and more clients contact agents with complaints about links that cannot be found or folders/files not included in the package. But we want to assure you that our software does not contain such silly defects. So, I want to shed some light on the subject.   1) Not found links. Also known as 404 error.
