i host all my projects with www.substormmedia.com they have been hosting my stuff since 2003. since i do a lot of work with them (they host about 20 sites i have developed over the years) I get free hosting for my personal design site.
good people, small low key vibe, and great customer service. no site issues to date. I currently have 2 dolphin sites (3rd one i am working on now) running with no server issues.


They arn't one of those unlimited everything for 2bucks websites... but i see more just like a hosting company that works and don't mind paying for peace of mind.
