The first one, is a encoded app or program that is looking for the library:

The second, is just an error message telling you the Internal Redirects were exceeded, not sure what you got going on in your server, but depending on what you are doing, you might have to increase this, see more Although I presume since your asking about them, you are not doing any debugging.

Does this message show up alot, or was it just the one time ??

Its possible it had to do with the Ion loader as well.
