I have found that, from my point of view at least, the problem is:
allow_url_fopen = Off
in the php.ini file on the server. It needs to be set to On.
This is to do with your server setup and not Boonex or Orca or Dolphin.
If you keep getting php errors, it may be worth looking at. Your server host may or may not allow you to change the php.ini settings, as it is security related.
Any comments from Boonex people on whether they see a way round this would be welcome.
