see morethe ecards is the only extra plugin and i understand you get the post codes for the english speaking nations too.

the major difference is that you dont have to install it, boonex do, and they also install 3 updates.

it does not buy you any priority or (call on demand and fix my site i messed up) services. (they will get to your problem when they can, you didn't buy 24/7 total support
and yes the files are different and no if the patch has not been released, you'll still have the same issues
