As for the smartpro vs other packages, the main advantages of smartpro are the lifetime licenses (ad free).
You can contact us if you do not have a host, and we give discounted hosting packages if you purchase the smartpro thru us.
If you already have host, then I would still recommend the smartpro as it comes with the licenses as well support, and the support is good. Not GREAT , and NOT PERFECT, but it see more
