Yes, this procedure is fine for me - your new members will be transfered to Promotional level after confirmation their profiles (via clicking link in confirmation letter).

yes it is working i see what the problem is in my admin panel it says they are a standard member but when i log in under a test user it says promotion so which holds true the user account or admin panel is this a glitch
