I couldn't find the place to keep Anonymous from leaving comments on other people's profile... I went Settings - Membership levels - Manage Membership Types - Non-member and there was no place where I could configure to them from not leaving comments...

I checked that in the Admin demo as I still don't have the 6.1 installed...

It seems like there is a problem for Non-member membership level...
I cannot change the default value (no limit) in the 2 first fields (Number of allowed actions and Number of actions is reset every) for any of the action type (comments post, make search, etc...).

That concerns only the Non-member membership level...

Use action "comments post".

There are no limits for non-members, because they haven't ID for counter...
