Two items: When you disable the shoutbox through the admin panel advanced settings, the shoutbox does not go away. You still have to uncheck Visible for Guest and Members in the homepage builder to get it to go away.

Also, sometimes when you go to the homepage, the rotating images are very small in the lower right corner. You have to refresh the browser to get them to appear properly. Doesn't happen all the time, just once in a while.
