I am not sure if I am doing this right or if its a bug.

But I tried to create a second page join form block description for addtional info. The only thing that showed up on my second page was the title of my second page description and a submit button. then when I hit submit it fails.

But the goal that I was trying to create was addtional description blocks on the second page of the join form.
