Is there any way so Visitors can rate photos & profiles? such as in the Hot or Not section?

is there an option under admin panel i'm not seeing, or is it intended for members logged in only?

If a site was to be configured to be used as a Hot or Not type website this would be a key feature.

Can a site be configured so ANY person can rate photos and portfolios?
