This problem appears after transition from tiny mce 2.0 (in Dolphin 6.0.0005) to tiny mce 3.0 (in Dolphin 6.1). They use different smiles folders: plugins/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images
in 6.0.0005 and plugins/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img in 6.1.0005.
After transfer you can apply next query to fix this trouble:
UPDATE `CmtsProfile` SET `cmt_text`=replace(`cmt_text`, 'plugins/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images',
plugins/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img');
