The bug to create a new language continue ...

Portugues language has been successfully created.

Why create Portu and not Portugues ???

And not work ...

1. Portugales language seems must have international name as 'pt', so you should use here (as name) this name, not Portugues, just because now realized functional - auto definition of current language, and if it installed in dolphin - language automatically switched. For example, you have 'en-us' encripton, so you can install 'en-us' language, and other international standards (languages)
so about permission - need set 777 to 'langs' folder :)
