I know that this was not planed for this revision but realy i don't understand what is the matter with it.
In a glance i saw one more tiny problem (i had seen it and in the rc1) in admin/profile.php when you press: add a new profile the link does not do what it had to do... (in admin environment).
The message you get is:

just now we successfully post in Greek,
seems your SQL not support Greek .. like this? ..
My hosting company is hostforweb as yours so it must have the same Greek as yours.
I know in boonex.us you have not any problem with Greek lang in ray, and thats why i am finding strange the problem i have with ray. Have you done any special setting?

in first link used combination Greek and China symbols, so all ok,
And recheck settings of your operation system :) and install normal Greek unicode language
