I dont like jumping in the middle of things, but I do think this was a bit uncalled for.
With all the people out stealing mods, and such, posting a message like this will make people think the worst and with out understand it, they will react.

Now, I know you did not intend too, but your post implies that Boonex is doing something wrong or sneaky, by all means THEY ARE NOT.
Look how many post on here asking "how to remove the privacy, and copyright, etc."
I did read your response to thewebdesigner and understand what you are saying as well, but look at all the post on here, and then ask yourself "what good would come out of this post??"
Those of us that know encoded or hash code is, know why its there, so now there are going to be a million noobs out trying to strip coding out, and the next questions will be "how do I decode this" etc
Hiding it in the code like that would make a lot of people who saw it wonder "WTF"... I've managed linux boxes for a long time and have come across bots, backdoors, and "script kiddie tools" that have been encoded before and was mearly interested in finding out what it was.
The fact that Boonex has mentioned in their AUP what the rules are should be good enough. They should have a better way to manage it than to put it in the design script the see more way they did.
I also did not intend to base the term "fishy" on what the code does but mearly on the fact the encoded string was there the way it was.
And the fact that the code was hidden in the design script makes it "secret" or it wouldnt be the way it is.
I also mentioned this to let other people know exactly what this string is for before someone else saw it and thought the same thing I did.
__IF__ Boonex has an issue with this post they are free and clear to remove it. I also violated NO RULES or TERMS by making this post and I did not endanger anything by posting this. My goal is not to hurt boonex, or try to expose Boonex for anything illegal.
And, thewebdesigner... Why do you feel so threatend? The post wasnt about you, it was about something Boonex did. Dont rant on me about my posts for doing nothing more than explain my THOUGHT about the above topic. I've been coding, admining, and supporting boxes, sites, servers for quite a while and being in the position I've been in "like these" I felt I was doing good in a way to enlighten others to this "SECRET" "HIDDEN" script.
I dont like jumping in the middle of things, but I do think this was a bit uncalled for.
