several things which version have you installed? have you ran dolphin on this server previously? do you know if you can run ffmpeg.exe? there are more questions, but this seems to me to be a ray issue. are you running the free RMS from boonex? do you have your parameters set right in your php.ini? do you have your dolphin/ray parameters settings right?
