It seems that the upgrade to Dolphin 7.0.6 is causing an issue with the profiles table in my database. In order to have this patch applied without issues you may need to contact an expert local web developer to add the manually for you.
Basically when I upgrade:
I can't log in
All images throughout the site disappear
Captcha images disappear as well, so no password retrieval is allowed
