Hello.

Your problem is that you didn't specify the correct permissions for Ray widgets.

Here they are:
chmod 777 ./ray/modules/board/files
chmod 777 ./ray/modules/im/files
chmod 777 ./ray/modules/movie/files
chmod 777 ./ray/modules/mp3/files
chmod 777 ./ray/modules/music/files
chmod 666 ./ray/modules/board/xml/config.xml
chmod 666 ./ray/modules/board/xml/langs.xml
chmod 666 ./ray/modules/board/xml/main.xml
chmod 666 ./ray/modules/board/xml/skins.xml
chmod 666 ./ray/modules/chat/xml/config.xml

Also, if you're running PHP as CGI, you can safely change all the 777 modes to 755. That applies to all and every part of Dolphin too.
