a simple statement of irreconcilable differences would have sufficed, or violation of Boonex rules and or internal policies. to exploit the allegations which there are many who have used some snippet of source as they develop, not ever class and function is produced independently, not a single solitary developer would do that or has done that, no not one.

open source - has a definition, the last application that was expressed as being stolen, chatroulette actually provides an API, this kinda see more suggests you cant steal this app, since they are providing a means for you to use the application. if this is considered stealing, then lets revisit the myspace and facebook API's, because it is the same thing. unable to provide the link to the API, site under maintenance when i went to grab the link.

what i would consider more of a violation would be the mods that are sold that scrape the web specifically other social networking environments to provide fake profiles that are used to deceive the common person into joining a site that in essence has 0 members.

@codesatori,.
yes there is a problem with publicly announcing the dismissal of an employee. seems explanations come when it is suitable, and could have just been a deflection as to why 7.0.3 has not been released.

7.0.3 has not been released yet, because we are working on it, and it will be released once it's ready.

Politically correct statements about the situation would be the right way if it wasn't for the second time and if it wasn't chosen by Andrey as an alternative to a permanent suspension.
