Yea man Throwing your ex Employee to the wolfs is bad for morale now they rest of your programmers who helped you build this place from the ground up my leave you hanging or move to a competitor. you have already banned dolphin mods before now armis. these 2 guys alone account for a very large percentage of mods created over the years.

i have some shady coders on my team , but in the end they make me money so i keep on board. i rather have them working with me then against me. especially if they see more know my codes and system in side out because when you create internal enimes they will spend the rest of there days trying to bring your company down. see it works 2 ways.

you bash his name which will be picked up in a google SEO search index and he is going to do the same. in the end you will lose thousand more. in bad publicity and demoralize other coders who no longer see a point and see a lack of loyalty and respect. sowhat he lifted some code everyone does it. "

copy's , clones , leeching . if things we not copied we would only have 1 car company and cell phone company on the planet or only 1 computer maker. but there are hundreds of each. iphone comes out then google comes out with droid. see this is called evolution. you say boonex is open source. then Armis mentality "is" any mod related to boonex is open source. just my opinion. but i know a lot of warez teams or boonex competitors that are finding about his dismissal are going to want him on there teams. don't be surprised if a dolphin clone comes out! that is built by all the ex boonex coders from the past. Going For Andrews Slice of the Pie... this is the internet there are no rules.....

this matter should have been kept private and simple settled between the offended coding parties.....
Andrew Boon
AndreyP is referenced only as a BoonEx Unity member, anonymous (to the extend he has chosen to be). So, in this particular situation we have to inform those who knew that AndreyP account was associated with a BoonEx employee that it is not longer the case.

I have covered this once, and warned him. Second time, I suspended him permanently, but he asked to stay and this post is a compromise.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
